One of the easiest dips you’ll make with only five ingredients and one simple step! This dip has a very strong feta flavor with just a hint of garlic and a great freshness from the lemon. Its creamy and tangy and perfect for a spring or summer gathering. It’s an easy, delicious dip that can be the star of the show or a great addition to a charcuterie board or crudité! Ingredients:
- 1 cup feta cheese
- 4 oz softened cream cheese
- 3 tbsp fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- Fresh ground pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl cream together the cream cheese, feta, rosemary, lemon juice, and garlic until well combined. Add a pinch a freshly ground pepper and you’re all set! No need to salt this dip as the feta takes care of that salty flavor, but if it doesn’t satisfy your salt level feel free to add.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve and enjoy!
